Особенности контейнирования тревоги организации при переходе к аджайл-подходу в управлении
This article is devoted to the analysis of the unconscious, repressed and suppressed, motives and perceptions of agile coaches about the situation in the organization in the process of organizational transformation.
In the course of the study, the methodology of 16 associations was used, which made it possible to identify the main sources of anxiety, as well as to identify factors that allow coaches to successfully contain this anxiety.
As a result of the study, it was revealed that the main source of anxiety that coaches contain is fear of death. And the key factors that can help contain this anxiety are reliance on their own group, on their leaders, and shared continuous learning.
