Основные тенденции инновационной политики государства в сфере высшего образования.
The paper investigates the modern tendencies in higher education and considers the main tools of innovative educational policy within each tendency. The characteristic features of government policy aimed at modernization of higher education in the USA, the RF and the European countries are analyzed. The paper also performs the comparative analysis of several qualitative characteristics of the efficiency of innovative educational policy of the countries. Particular attention is paid to Russia, for which the rate of some indicators is projected onto 2030 by using the method of analytical smoothing of time series data.
