The implementation of information system in big company with wide affiliated network in the country, as a rule, is connected with organization and technical difficulties. The process stretches out in time and not always leads to the intended effect.
This article considers the implementation of information system of industrial process automation and workflow of subscriptions for periodical printed publications in the Russian postal units FSUE «Russian Post». The condition of business-process automation before the implementation is estimated. The organization and technical problems that arise during implementing new information system are examined, such as continuity of the technological process, impossibility of start operation with «empty database», problems of personnel development, unification of business-process and a large quantity of implantable objects (more than 42 000). In conclusion the advantages which post operators can get from the implementation of unified information system are analyzed.
The article’s matters can be of interest to experts studying the implementation of information system.
This article presents an approach to establishing a coherent system that provides for the transparency of location data and implementation of «end-to-end» processes among the various training institutions to improve the quality of motivational educational level of the student and the effectiveness of the educational process.
Automatic electro-thermal analysis is included into Mentor Graphics PCB Design System. New software tool named TransPower is introduced to couple the electrical (Analog Designer) and thermal (BETAsoft) simulators. The design procedure is fully automated, human errors are eliminated, simulation time is significantly decreased, while accuracy and reliability are increased.

This article is devoted to the analysis of contemporary trends of reforming of York- Antwerp Rules on general average, about what in the literature, both Russian and foreign, is currently little information. In the study of international organization documents in the field of maritime trade were identified those problematic issues, on which new amendments to the York-Antwerp Rules on general average are planned. It is concluded that despite the growth of the abolition of the position of supporters of general average as an anachronism and a full transition to the marine insurance practice shows how countries and individuals are really interested in maintaining and further improving the York-Antwerp Rules as a source of law, applicable to international maritime transport of cargo.
Automated electro-thermal analysis is realized in the last version of Mentor Graphics PCB Design System. The special software tool AETA is developed and integrated into the Expedition Enterprise PCB Design System to automate the process of power-temperature traffic between electrical and thermal simulators. Furthermore AETA provides the graphical user interface and the possibility to use the different versions of Mentor Graphics software.

In the paper integrated information systems for corporate planning and budgeting are considered. Four groups of practical tasks exceeding the bounds of typical functionality of special-purpose planning and budgeting information systems are allocated. Several classes of information systems (simulation, statistical analysis, financial analysis and modeling, group decision making, business intelligence), which may provide the completeness of corporate planning and budgeting are denoted as solutions complementary to special-purpose planning and budgeting systems.

The paper provides a number of proposed draft operational guidelines for technology measurement and includes a number of tentative technology definitions to be used for statistical purposes, principles for identification and classification of potentially growing technology areas, suggestions on the survey strategies and indicators. These are the key components of an internationally harmonized framework for collecting and interpreting technology data that would need to be further developed through a broader consultation process. A summary of definitions of technology already available in OECD manuals and the stocktaking results are provided in the Annex section.
Over the last two decades national policy makers drew special attention to the implementation of policy tools which foster international cooperation in the fields of science, technology, and innovation. In this paper, we look at cases of Russian-German collaboration to examine the initiatives of the Russian government aimed at stimulating the innovation activity of domestic corporations and small and medium enterprises. The data derived from the interviews with companies’ leaders show positive effects of bilateral innovative projects on the overall business performance alongside with major barriers hindering international cooperation. To overcome these barriers we provide specific suggestions relevant to the recently developed Russian Innovation Strategy 2020.
