On Application of Article 169 of the Russian Federation Civil Code in Tax Relationships
On 10 April, 2008, the Plenum of The Supreme Commercial Court of the RF adopted Ruling No. 22 "On Some Issues of Practice of Considering Disputes Related to the Application of Art. 169 of the Russian Federation Civil Code". The primary meaning of Ruling No. 22 is to explain that Art. 169 of hse Civil Code of the RF chall not be applied to tax relationships (Paragraph 6 (4)).
«Attainment of oneself» has not been systematically examined in psychology. Since that, the paper is aimed to reveal the importance of studying it in actual sociocultural context and the humanities. The «attainment of oneself» is considered as holistic, mediated by reflection “I” abilities realization in the field of leading life relationships. «New pesronology» is research area, and pesonological hermeneutics is used as a method. The reflexive model of “I” abilities towards the Other is presented. It’s application for analyzing the process of attainment of oneself in love relationships is demonstrated.

The paper aims to investigate the process of establishing distribution network. The paper takes network paradigm as a main basis of investigation looking at the development of distribution networks in Russian chemical industry.
This study was conducted to suggest strategic orientations that can analyze which types of corporate culture and strategic orientation contribute to enhanced financial performance, based on the theory that, to acquire a competitive edge in the fierce competitive environment and maximize performance, the combination of corporate internal competitiveness and an appropriate action plan is crucial. The study shows that corporate culture does directly affect financial performance. However, for this group of Korean hotels, not all cultures performed equally. The transaction-oriented Market Culture did not promote financial performance, as compared to the family-oriented Clan culture or the innovative Adhocracy culture. The tradition-bound Hierarchical culture actually cost hotels in terms of financial performance. Certain strategic orientations moderated and improved financial results for some of the cultures, but not all. The opportunity-seeking approach of a leading orientation drove favorable financial results for the Clan and Adhocracy cultures but did not help the Market or Hierarchy cultures. Other strategic orientations also drove positive financial results, including future analytic and defensive. On the other hand, the discounting-oriented aggressive orientation returned negative financial results to all hotels in this sample.
The article deals with the concept of intercultural communication as the transfer of information, cooperation and management of business projects, taking into account partners' national peculiarities and mentality. indicators created by G. Hofstede and F. Trompenaars, who made a great contribution to the study of cross-cultural communication, are considered based on the example of the basic principles of intercultural communication in cooperation with Chinese representatives. The conclusion based on the results of the work is that one needs to follow a number of basic principles set out in the article, targeting the fruitful cooperation with Chinese partners.
The article is devoted to a particular form of freedom of assembly — the right to counter-demonstrate. The author underlines the value of this right as an element of democratic society, but also acknowledges the risk of violent actions among participants of opposing demonstrations. Due to this risk, the government may adopt adequate measures restricting the right to counter-demonstrate, certain types of which are analyzed in this paper.
Development of standards of international controllability is reviewed in the article. Institutional approach is applied to development of international legal regime of Energy Charter. Definition of controllability is connected to development of international standards of dispute settlement, which are described in the article in detail. In connection with controllability, Russian interest, defense of investment in European Union and ecological investment encouragement, is reviewed in the article.
