Профессиональное самоопределение личности: библиометрический анализ российских исследований
Context and relevance. This article reviews the literature on professional selfdetermination (PSD). Professional self-determination is a relevant issue in the context of modern society, where human resources become a key factor in development. Research on PSD, originating from the works of 20th-century scholars, encompasses philosophical, sociological, and psychological aspects, emphasizing its role in social adaptation and personal development. Objective. The main aim of this article is to present materials and findings related to the systematization of knowledge in the field of PSD, as well as to identify potential directions for future research. Methods. To achieve these objectives, bibliometric and systematic literature analysis methods were employed. Results. Six thematic clusters were identified, each centered around different research archetypes. Conclusions. This study expands existing knowledge on PSD, highlights fundamental differences between approaches to PSD in domestic and international academic literature, and identifies potential future research directions that have not yet been explored in scholarly works.
